Direito fundamental ao processo

Resumo

O objetivo do presente trabalho é analisar o processo na perspectiva dos direitos fundamentais, buscando identificar a possibilidade ou não de se buscar na Constituição não somente um conteúdo formal, mas também um conteúdo material para os direitos fundamentais relacionados ao processo.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the process from the perspective of fundamental rights in order to identify whether or not to seek the Constitution not only a formal content, but also a material for fundamental process related content.
