O presente artigo tem como objetivo analisar as teses fixadas pelo Superior Tribunal de Justiça no recente julgamento do sistema Credit Scoring, do Cadastro Positivo e seus limites vinculados à privacidade e transparência.

ABSTRACT: The purpose of this paper is to analyze the positions taken by the Superior Court of Justice in the recent case of the Consumer Database Credit Scoring and its limits with respect to privacy and transparency.
